Tony Fiorito

Anthony Fiorito, as a Syracuse architect and real estate developer, is the President of Partnership Properties, Inc., a property management and development company formed in 1983, after leaving a successful architectural partnership that he was actively involved with for over thirteen years. Since forming Partnership Properties, Inc., Mr. Fiorito has been involved with major commercial real estate development in the City of Syracuse. His numerous partnerships and management services involve him in over 1,500,000 square feet of office space within a 5 block radius of the downtown central business district; all of which is successfully leased and currently is 90% occupied.
